I wanted to get under 280 by the end of February and it happened!!!
I "officially" weigh in every Monday morning (helps keep my weekend splurges in check), but I usually jump on the scale a couple of times throughout the week. Well, I got on today and saw 278.5!!!!
That's still a huge number, I realize, but it meant a LOT to me. I haven't been under 280 in three or four YEARS, and when I started back up here in January I was at an all-time high of 303.
Next goal: 270 by the end of March.
Next non-weight related goal: Lift weights 2-3 times a week for 6 consecutive weeks.
