My goal is to maintain my weight. In the past year, I lost over 110 pounds and some days I feel like I can maintain and other days, I feel like I'm going to slip up and screw everything up. The day after those days, I go into prison warden mode, where I monitor everything I eat down to the smallest calorie and just focus on the number as opposed to what I've accomplished. Those days are the hardest. I want to maintain my weight and my sanity. Anybody have any tips?

I haven't lost any weight in the last year.
I am signed up to run a Warrior Dash in May, but I still need to train so I can actually run it.
I did not cosplay last Otakon, but I have several planned for this coming, depending on if I lose weight.
I pretty much stopped exercising, but I think about it a lot.
My GPA has increased slightly.
No progress on parkour.
I will be transferring to a new college for nutrition starting in the fall.
I got a gym membership for Xmas, and am still a member.
Several people can be gym partners now. Just have to send a text and I'll most likely have one.

Working on becoming Goku, from the series Dragon Ball Z (cosplay).

My Goal is to control my diet to eat the correct amount of each food group as well as keep sodium and saturated fats below recommended numbers. As well as to continue to build a sustainable daily exercise program and manage stress. My goals have changed since having a heart attack this year.

It is no longer about the metrics in terms of losing weight by a certain date. Unlike past diets in the past that failed, It is now a lifestyle change! I want to lose weight for improvement of my health. The weight loss will come, but most likely slower than original goals.

i'd like to lose 20 more lbs and be at a healthy BMI for the first time in my life.

I want to run a half marathon. I'm almost halfway there with consistent 6 mile runs.

I want to run a little faster than I current run. My current mile is a pitiful 11 minutes.

Id like to lose15 lbs to start. Then tackle that next and last hardest 10.

Ive started trying to run again. I always hated it, and did everything but run. I guess I just want to conquer it in my mind. At least its free, and doesnt need any equip. Days I cant run outside I run with the wii.

Im about to start another P90X cycle. Last yr I did the Lean workout. I lost 12 lbs that I have kept off. When I started I could barely finish any of the DVDs. By the end I could do them all. I completely restored my flexibility. It was hard but amazing for me. This time I want to do the Classic routine and add my new diet plan & SP tracking and see if I can up the results.

My current goals are: Lose 50 more pounds by June 1, 2012.
Run a 5k in April, the anniversary of my first 5k, which I walked.
Be at 220 by the end of the year.
Do an awesome cosplay by Otakon, in July.
Buy all presents for family before December 15.
Make a habit of exercising and don't lose it, but increase the challenge.
Have a GPA of 3.0, graduate as a member of the SGA and as a student athlete, despite my father saying it is impossible.
Learn parkour.
Find my true career path. Culinary was more of an interest rather than a career choice, I know that now.
Join a gym if I don't get a membership for XMAS.
Find an exercise partner.

What are your current goals? They can be from any area of your life whether it's weight loss, family matters, success in work, saving enough to buy that old school comic, whatever it is, post it.
