With lifting weights you might not see the scale move for a bit, but you are changing the shape of your body and getting more toned. I would use other things than the scale to measure progress. Like the Jeans you can fit into and inches lost. keep your head up you are doing great!
You know what I'm going to say. Just keep on doing what you are doing.
But I know it is hard. Maybe instead of focusing on moving the scale, set a bunch of mini-goals for the next few weeks...something like "only veggies for snack today" or "all my water plus one more glass"....I don't know what goals would be right for you, but I'll bet you do!

BEH! I have done everything I've read about getting past a plateau, to no avail. I'm stuck in the mid-190s, and it's frustrating. Haven't been eating too much junk, I don't guess, and working out 3x/week (varying intensity) as well as started back with weight-training for April.
I'm trying to stay on track despite what the scale says, but it's hard!
