You know what I'm going to say. Just keep on doing what you are doing.
But I know it is hard. Maybe instead of focusing on moving the scale, set a bunch of mini-goals for the next few weeks...something like "only veggies for snack today" or "all my water plus one more glass"....I don't know what goals would be right for you, but I'll bet you do!
We are cheering for you! (cheering like the grunge cheerleaders in "Nevermind", not like some sucky high school cheerleaders)
