When in doubt, take a hike.
Welcome to the team. I am sorry to hear of your losses but glad you seem to be on track to claim a healthy life.

FCK man. I wouldn't really call myself any of these names because I'm a mesh of all of them +more. I've spent most of my life listening to music, finding new music & getting into/listening to what my friends are into. I've spend MANY hours on the intranet searching, listening, downloading & rejecting new music (at least new to me at the time). Now I have an INSANE library which I store on two sh1tty computers & I'm still wanting more ;}
With that little music history I'll move on to the pain part. I pulled my lower back in 2008 and since then it never got better, but it didn't hurt everyday & I was still able to lose more weight & eventually maintain (even though I still wanted to lose 25 more pounds). A friend that was living with me who shortly thereafter took his life, then some months later I met my husband & then another friend did the same. I've been mentally fcked up & sad for so long. My health has significantly declined & all my new ailments have drained me of my energy. I recently got help from my doctor & now my mental health is better I'm wanting to get my body back in shape to take some weight off my back, knees & neck especially, & overall just get back on the track I was on before. I'm not sure how many other people are in this group experiencing pain daily, bi-daily, weekly or whatever, but I thought I'd give it a shot!
