Just read in a book called Mindless Eating - a man who wasn't hungry but chose to snack anyway would say out loud before he did: I am not hungry, but I choose to eat this anyway. It gave him pause to hear it out loud, and sometimes stopped the snacking. I like.

What goes on in your mind affects what goes into your mouth! Here are 7 ways yo change your thinking!

Old Thought: I deserve to eat (or drink) this because I've worked so hard, I've exercised, I'm sad, Etc.
New Thought: What I really deserve is a healthy body I can be proud of. That's my reward.

Old Thought: It's a waste to throw this away, so Ill eat it.
New Thought: Forget the clean plate club. If I'm not hungry I won't eat any more.

Old Thought: Low-fat, low-cal, low-sugar--bring'em on!
New Thought: I'm going to lose the excuse along with the weight. Low-fat, low-sugar, and low-calorie foods won't help me if I eat twice as much!

Old Thought: I do plent of exercise, so I should be able to eat what I want.
New Thought: Repeat after me, "No amount of exercise will make up for an unhealthy diet or overeating."

Old Thought: My whole family is overweight, so why bother?
New Thought: I can't change my DNA, but I can make sure I'm the best I can be! I am in charge of only me.

Old Thought: If I band the high calorie foods I love, I'll finally get the body of my dreams.
New Thought: I will not deprive myself! Its OK to eat what I want (even my favorites)-- in moderation, that is.

Old Thought: I need this slice of chocolate cake as a quick pick-me-up.
New Thought: I need a good boost that won't let me down later. I'll skip the sugar and go for a long-lasting carbs-protein-fat combo, like peanut butter and an apple

(I got this from a magazine, Also, if u see this in other teams, its cause im posting it in all the ones I am in)
