Uh, I did the math wrong. Still, 83.5% success rate. To make amends, I'm going to stay in my calorie goal for the week following easter sunday. Whatsmore, I think I'm finding it's harder and harder for me to go over without feeling terribly guilty (I also am not able to let myself "forget" to put on sparkpeople either!) so hopefully I will stick with this for the longhaul.

As far as calories, I went over 7 times (usually by 150 cal. or less) between Feb 19 (a few days before Ash Weds) and today (Easter.)
So for that, I will stay in my calories every single day between today and next sunday to make "amends" for going over. Still, 7 times out of about 75 days, isn't too bad. That's, what, like a 90% success rate? :)
Way to go! And yes, if you TELL PEOPLE what you're doing, they usually like to be considerate of that. :) I am on the low range of my calories today, and that's taking into account having a "snack" of green tea and splenda. Of course I'd like some cookies or granola bar instead, but since I didn't do the gym today, I don't want to be on the high end of my range.
This is my 2nd day in a row that I've not gone over (WAY OVER) in my calories, which I've done almost every day of the month. It's almost like starting over. Hope I can keep at it!
I did great today. Passed the dessert table twice and my roommate considered us getting brownies covered in peanut butter. I said "nahhh" but I'm sure it will get harder next time. I would completely avoid that entire section if it weren't for the coffee.

I'm in! I'm giving up alcohol (I actually started this on Jan. 25 and intended it just to be till the end of February, but I've decided to give it up for Lent.)
My Mom also always made us "do something" in addition to "giving up" something, so my "do something" will be to stay in my calorie range every single day of Lent. This will be rough because I've really slacked off through most of February.
I am going to do a Lent challenge and for 40 days starting tommorrow Im giving up chocolate. Its only 40 days, I can do it. I know Im not religious or anything, but I think its a great concept for us. Anyone game? What are you giving up? w/b Kat
