Mmmmm....I love tilapia. One of my favorite fish. Have you tried opah? It's fantastic grilled with salt, pepper and lime juice.

Goalsies:
160 - new handbag
150 - new tattoo, botanical print.
140 - new pants. Nice ones not just cheapies from Target.
130 - Two or three new outfits including shoes. Mmmm...shoes...

I'm going to have to try the tortilla pizza crust some time.

At the end of the night yesterday, I was at the low end of my calories again and DIDN'T GO OVER! For dinner I had a TON of food: two big tilapia fillets cooked with tomato, mushroom, carrots, olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic, breaded okra (cooked in nonstick spray rather than oil), and big helpings of peas and sliced white potatoes with hot sauce. MMM! I could have had about half of everything, and it only would've been about 400 calories, but I ate a LOT so it was more like 800, probably. I didn't have much to eat during the day b/c of work and going to mass.

New here :)

I made a personal pizza tonight using a 94% FF Mission tortilla shell as the crust. I loaded it up with veggies, sauce and FF cheese, I think it came to 315 calories total. I am SO stuffed!

I'm not sure if it's freezable; the recipe I have for dough is a yeast dough, and I think that they're pretty difficult that way. You may be able to find a recipe that has baking soda or poweder as the levening agent, and that would probably freeze OK. Try epicurious.com, they have recipes for everything.

Oooh, that sounds SO GOOD! I love calzones but have never made one before. Do you happen to know if you can make pizza dough and freeze balls of it for the future?

Another idea for the pizza craving, if you have time to make the dough, is a calzone. You can put almost anything in them, and they are YUMMY. I make the dough with wheat flour (much to the dismay of my fiance), and I really like to stuff them with sauteed zucchini, yellow squash, garlic, fresh tomatos and fresh mozzerella. I figured out the calories, and it's about a 400-500 calorie dinner. Very filling and tasty.

That sounds good! I'll have to try that pizza recipe one night. My 2 little ones wanted kid's meals from McDonald's tonight.....so I ended up getting a grilled chicken snack wrap...which only has 280 calories....so that was pretty good.....I'm glad they have those things now, 'cause I'm not a salad person....lol.

Another thread for yummy & low-cal dinners!

Tonight, the boy and I are making pizza. I found a recipe on allrecipes.com for portabella, pepper, and goat cheese pizza (using store-bought dough) that is only 199 calories per serving, so I can have 3-4 slices and still be below my daily calorie range. I found a lot of really good recipes for whole wheat pizza dough that I will have to try sometime when I have time to actually use my breadmaker.

Also, I hear those Boboli crusts are really good, but their recipe Web site doesn't have any calorie information.
