I'm going to have to try the tortilla pizza crust some time.
At the end of the night yesterday, I was at the low end of my calories again and DIDN'T GO OVER! For dinner I had a TON of food: two big tilapia fillets cooked with tomato, mushroom, carrots, olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic, breaded okra (cooked in nonstick spray rather than oil), and big helpings of peas and sliced white potatoes with hot sauce. MMM! I could have had about half of everything, and it only would've been about 400 calories, but I ate a LOT so it was more like 800, probably. I didn't have much to eat during the day b/c of work and going to mass.
