Mmm! I've never had turkey sausage but I love turkey burgers. Most days of the week, I have 1/2 c. of Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt (40 calories) and 1/8 c. of generic Grape Nuts mixed in with it, and some fruit of some sort.
MMMHMMMM Sriacha is sooo yummy! I had some vanilla soy milk and a little bit of special K almond vanilla cereal. I also had a big ripe banana.... It's Sunday, hard to find any motivation to do anything today... Trying to relax, back to the grind tomorrow!
