Mmm! I've never had turkey sausage but I love turkey burgers. Most days of the week, I have 1/2 c. of Dannon Light & Fit vanilla yogurt (40 calories) and 1/8 c. of generic Grape Nuts mixed in with it, and some fruit of some sort.

I'm a big fan of the cereal with fruit, too. Easy and quick.
Weekends, though, I like poached egges, turkey sausage and whole wheat toast. Gotta treat yourself every now and then...
Goalsies: 160 - new handbag 150 - new tattoo, botanical print. 140 - new pants. Nice ones not just cheapies from Target. 130 - Two or three new outfits including shoes. Mmmm...shoes...

Most days I just have a bowl of cereal with 2% milk. I usually try to add some fruit, but I didn't have any in the house this morning. =\

MMMHMMMM Sriacha is sooo yummy! I had some vanilla soy milk and a little bit of special K almond vanilla cereal. I also had a big ripe banana.... It's Sunday, hard to find any motivation to do anything today... Trying to relax, back to the grind tomorrow!

This morning I'm getting a late start, so it's more like a brunch:
Hard boiled egg, two slices of toast, OJ, skim milk, and a banana. Oh, and sriacha! Grand total: 508 calories.
