yes! i am also a veggie who has had to eat fish...so i am also pescatarian.
cous cous is a good filler. cheap and you can also get it with added herbs. it's full of dietary fiber and lovely with fish.
steamed rice is always good to stock up on . and also SUSHI! it's my best friend. You can usually get cheap packs now when they used to be expensive. even though they seem small they are filling and full of nutriants!

i was a vegetarian for about 6 years and my doctor told me to start eating fish again... so now im a pescatarian, but i eat mostly vegetarian foods... does anyone have any suggestions for some good vegetarian food thats filling and wont kill my diet? its hard being the only veggie in my house because all the food i can eat is all junk food and side dishes that are bad for my diet...
