I agree Michelle, I was pretty much back on track today, and tomorrow will be better. *I HOPE*

I think its ok to have a cheat day....Really dont stress about it, its not gonna impact you that much if you dont get down about it. If youlet it effect you then youll get more stressed and are apt to do it again

And of course - family birthday party tonight - homemade focaccia, lasagna, TWO kinds of cakes, THREE kinds of ice cream...went over by about 800.

This is the first time when I have actually gone over when I haven't worked out during the day, so I feel even worse about it.

False alarm - the cheese was light.

Nicoleryan, I am scared I'm going to face the same fate tonight at a family birthday party - I know the entree is going to be lasagna. How can I resist???

I think if I'd accidentally bought regular instead of light, I'd just try and exercise for a few extra minutes a day to burn a few more calories and not worry about it so much. Really, is it making THAT much of a difference?

Oh, GRRR!! I feel your pain and frustration, I really do. Maybe it's just a different brand than you are used to.

I am freaking out b/c I think I may have accidentally bought regular string cheese instead of the "light" variety. I just ate two and thought they tasted different than the ones I'd been eating - not as crumbly or something.

Yes, I know it's not the end of the world, but it pisses me off. And I won't know for sure until I go home tonight and look at the THREE PACKAGES I bought on sale. DAMN!
