I've desperately been trying to find ANYTHING to make cardio more tolerable! So far Filth and Aus Rotten have been the leaders. I usually listen to The Go-go's, Tilt or The Rezillos during strength training. Gonna check out a few girlie scream bands some friend suggested too, I definitely need something new!

I LOVE both your guys' play lists! I have several hours of punk/ska/alternative/techno/house music on my iPod and just random play it. It is nice for me to not to know what is going to be coming up next.

Does anyone have any special Workout Playlists that they use? I always have my ipod with me when I'm doing cardio, and I love to make up playlists to pump me up. And I'm always looking for new song ideas/work out mixes, so I thought what better idea to have a spot where we can all post songs and/or playlists that pump us up? Here is one of mine:
1. A New Beginning - Good Charlotte 2. Anna Molly - Incubus 3. Feel So Numb - Rob Zombie 4. Don't Lose Touch - Against Me 5. Spirit of '87 - Rancid 6. Second Solution - Living End 7. Too Much - The Suicide Machines 8. This Could Be Love - Alkaline Trio 9. All The Things She Said - TATU 10. Murder City - Green Day
