even though it's getting cold, you should still get out for a brisk walk. just wrap up!
the cold air is really good for your respiration.
Interchange your walk with a short jog and then back to walking. make sure to feel the movement in your hips when you do so.

also, pilates is a great core-strength training exercise which has created a MASSIVE difference to my flabby tummy!
