Popcorn for me as well! I keep the 100 calorie mini bags around for when I get the drunken munchies. I also make sure I eat dinner (sometimes lunch lol) before drinking.

Nothing seems to break me.

I agree with Offdrea -- go to bed!

That's also what I do when I'm craving, uhh, pretty much anything. So long as it's a reasonable time that one would go to bed. Though I once went to bed at 8:30. ha.

Eating before doesn't help me either, I still just want something. The popcorn is where its at!

Eating before I go out doesn't work for me..lol. When I drink its like I haven't eaten all day. Maybe I'm just not eating enough in the day as a whole?
And 100 cal bag of popcorn is a good idea!

I go to bed!
My bf always has things like pizza pops or burritos which I can stay away from until I come home all drunk and remember how delicious I think they are.
If I just go to bed then I stop myself from eating them. That and microwave popcorn. 100 calorie bag is quite satisfying with a couple glasses of water!

I personally make sure that I have eaten before I go out drinking. It is a two fold help - 1) I dont want to eat as much as I am already full and 2) I dont drink as much for some of the same reasons. Less getting drunk as it is not on an empty stomach for me as well

Okay so I'm sure at least some of you on here drink from time to time, so this question is for you!
How do you keep from binging on "bad" foods after you've had a few cocktails?
It's soo hard! I have decided I will probably only be able to go out and drink once a month but I need help for when I do! emoticon
