I go to bed! My bf always has things like pizza pops or burritos which I can stay away from until I come home all drunk and remember how delicious I think they are. If I just go to bed then I stop myself from eating them. That and microwave popcorn. 100 calorie bag is quite satisfying with a couple glasses of water!

I personally make sure that I have eaten before I go out drinking. It is a two fold help - 1) I dont want to eat as much as I am already full and 2) I dont drink as much for some of the same reasons. Less getting drunk as it is not on an empty stomach for me as well

Okay so I'm sure at least some of you on here drink from time to time, so this question is for you! How do you keep from binging on "bad" foods after you've had a few cocktails? It's soo hard! I have decided I will probably only be able to go out and drink once a month but I need help for when I do!
