Mini goals! great idea! My would have to be connect the dvd player to tv and unwrap my biggest loser dvds and work out at least twice a week at home not only in my kick boxing class.

Go to the gym 4 times a week and get under 300lbs by the time I go to the Fest in Gainesville(aka over Halloween).
