No Control - Bad Religion. A very fast, high tempo, and fantastic album. It gets me so pumped up!

I really love to listen to Operation Ivy when I work out or something like Metric's Live It Out. Emily Haines can definitely motivate me.

I also like to listen to NOFX's Punk in Drublic.

I used to love to jog to a band from Argentina "Los Fabulosos Cadilacs" I also love to blast Social D and The Templars when I was on the treadmill...nowadays I haven't quite started the exercise/fitness part of SP

There's nothing to it but to do it!

I haven't heard of those guys, but I'll give them a listen.

Rather than a record, I've got a playlist full of a bunch of high energy songs that I listen to when I'm at the gym.

One of my favourites is 'I walked with a zombie' by a kind of horror punk band called Wednesday 13. They sound like Alice Cooper, but more upbeat and a little more attitude. It always makes me laugh though. :D "You're dead if you voodoo, and you're dead if you don't..." lol.

'Welcome Home' by Coheed and Cambria is a track that's almost 7 minutes long, and I found that it has the perfect bpm to get me through my 80rpm resistance bike rides at the gym. It has a really strong beat that gets me through when other songs are either too fast or way too short.

If I'm a day ahead of you... Don't get confused. I'm just a time traveller... :D

Today I was playing Rocket From The Crypt's "Scream, Dracula, Scream" and thought about how it is one great cardio record. What are your favorite records to workout to?
