i will skip a workout and sometimes will make it up later in the week if i feel like crap or am sick....i try not to do it too much cause then i will form a habit and the "I dont feel good" excuse starts to win....but all in all, if you are good 98% of the time and you dont do it every other week then a day off is oaky....tell hubby to chill...
