Well with the end of the month I can say I sort of achieved my goals. I got to the gym, and haven't had a drink since the 15th. Of course the week before that was preceeded by a week of shows and the general excess that carries. Now off to start a March mini goal session.
Not eat desserts from the catering I'm doing. Not eat desserts at work. My big weakness is desserts. I can have the most balanced diet and say i'm not particularly big on sweets, I'm always eating a dessert when i can't take time to eat. Lose at least 5 pounds. Jog to work instead of walking.
My mini-goals will be to allow myself 1 soda per week (As opposed to the normal 12-pack I was going through in December) and to keep any food selection from McDonald's (My place of employment) under 500 calories per shift.
Okay I am getting a jump start on Febuary early, my mini goal is to get to the gym and not drink for four of the 7 days each week. That means three days of drinking allowed, which is sort of hard when you sometimes work in a bar and the other nights you have shows to see. But I can do, yes I can.
