Did a spinning class today. It was pretty awesome. Going to try to go to that once a week, yoga once a week, then my 3 regular days of cardio and weights. Hope I weigh in at 188.5 or less tomorrow. I really need a hair cut!

Back on track with my calorie intake. I am going to try to get to the gym tomorrow to make up for missing yoga on Monday. I got on the scale and it said I'd put on what I lost last week! Thursday is my official weight day, I don't know why I torture myself by getting on early, I pray that I get down to 188.5. Today it said like 191 or 192. (sigh) WOrked so hard this month and I really need a haircut!

1/26 logged on, will track food and water soon. no exercise. worked all day and it was windy/rainy anyway.
Did weights and 630 cals worth of cardio today - wooh! Spent WAY too much at the grocery, too.

(Down 2.5 lbs. from previous week, I think. I hope I can do another 2 by the end of the month. I overate big time last night, though, b/c I couldn't get online to do my Sparks or my 2nd job so I just idly ate and wrote it all down...I would've stopped, I think, had I been able to enter it and visually see where I was at!)
(Another 'off' day today. I will get back on-track with my intake and try to get some of my work out of the way so I can go tomorrow morning and do cycling, cardioblast, or bodypump.)

i was a sissy about the wind. it was warm out as long as the wind was calm, but it wasn't calm. It was gusty, and icy. No exercise. I watched TV nonstop from 6:30 am until 6pm. ugh. I feel like a cow. But I did track my food and water for 1/21.

Oh my gosh, ya'll. I rode my bike to the gym yesterday. It was cold as t*ts, but still not *too* bad since the sun was still out. Tried to ride home, and had to call the boy to come pick me up. TOO COLD!

Fixin' to head to the gym to do some cardio and weights after I do some cleaning. I bought some Metamucil b/c I thought maybe I wasn't getting enough fiber. Will try to remember to take one glass or so per day. That stuff is nasteee!
Overslept BAD today and am still so tired for some reason - probably b/c I pigged out yesterday and am not used to overeating to that extent! Oh well, a new day, and like I said, I am not going to beat myself up for overeating once a month. Just so long as it doesn't go too far!

Yes, just do what you can, Pixiescar! I'd still consider that "tracking" for the purposes of this challenge, even if you can't get it to convert propertly and are keeping your own food diary!
Did yoga today...BUT I have overeaten by almost 3x as many calories as I should have. My first time like this all year. Well, hells bells, I figure if I only let it happen once a month, it won't be that big of a deal. Just can't let it be a habit. I am a terrible emotional eater.
I hated my yoga teacher today. Will go to the Monday one from now on.
Also - CT results are fine. Cancer-free for (almost) 3 years!

I find it a bit difficult to track my food on SP as all the choices are americanised and I don't have the time to go through EVERYTHING I eat and log it on here. So instead I am keeping a food diary of my own and logging all exercise on here! xx

I did a CosmoGirl workout video with my daughter. Jillian Michaels hosted it and it was a ton of fun because it was actually learning a hip hop dance. Eliza really got into it too. I can still hear 5, 6, 7, 8...
Will do regular cardio this evening and then do cycling or yoga tomorrow. Eating a lot of veggies/fruit today. I really need to start getting more protein, I've noticed.

They're installing a new system at work so instead of waiting around to go to yoga, I think I'll just go on home and try to take a nap and then catch up on my part-time job. Going to go do the yoga or biking Weds. after my Dr. appointment...almost 3 years cancer-free. Wish me luck!
Did weights today, again. Yay! Going to go to yoga again tomorrow, or maybe will do the bicycling class.

1/12 my dad has been hogging both computers for days. tracked food for past few days. and water FINALLY went for a walk, but I am getting sick again so that may be the one and only for a while...
No gym scheduled today. The boy's bringing wine for dinner I'm making (frozen pasta, sauce, and salad) so hopefully I don't over do it!
I didn't get up early enough to go to that bike class, but will do cardio tomorrow as well as my weight circuit, and hopefully do yoga again on Monday.
No workout scheduled for today...going out tonight for a few hours, but don't plan on eating/drinking for $ reasons. Now that my freezer is finally starting to have some room and I can see what's in there, hopefully I can make something yummy for dinner one of these nights. Going to try a cycling class tomorrow!
I had to deal with some things yesterday morning so my whole day was thrown off, I don't think I even logged in. 8-( I did still make it to the gym though!
But today is different!

it's been a few days 1/9/08 veg nutrition and water tracked exercise is so not happening.
Even though no scheduled gym today, I went and did yoga. It was rough, but so relaxing!!! Going to try to make that a weekly thing. Also, 7 days in a row staying w/in my nutrition calorie goals. W00T!
Man...I am really angry/sad/stressed right now, so that workout just flew by and really hit the spot. I also did a full weight circuit, which was part of one of my goals in the January mini-goals thread. Wooh!
So far I am 115 calories below my maximum...I am starving so will fix a salad with a bit of dressing if my supper doesn't fill me up and hope for the best. Gotta b-day party to go to tomorrow so may try to find something healthy on SparkRecipes.com to take as an appetizer!

Okay - this challenge isn't a real competition or anything. The goal for this challenge is simply to log in every day, track calorie range for nutrition every day (including H20), and track exercise.
I think this is a good way for new folk to get used to SparkPeople and experienced users to help themselves and others stay on track!
I guess a good way to do this would be just to copy and post the following in this thread each day:
UserName: Date: Logged In: Nutrition Tracked: Water Tracked: Fitness Tracked:
And just put a little + if you did, and a - if you didn't.
If you'd also like to do the above and indicate that you log in and enter everything on the day, but also met or exceeded whichever goal, you could do so in parenthesis.
For example:
UserName: BabyPop Date: 1/1/08 Logged In: + Nutrition Tracked: + (stayed in calorie range) Water Tracked: + (10 cups) Fitness Tracked: - (didn't have a workout scheduled today)
Just something like that, very informal.
Good luck all!
P.S. Don't feel like you have to go back and retroactively post info for dates before you joined the challenge, but if you *do* join, please try to make a point to post each day and do makeup posts if you can't get online for some reason. You can still keep track of your goals on paper or computer without putting them on SP immediately!
