Back from the doctor, xray and cortisone in the knee, feels better already. Another shot in the butt for the allergies, should take me thru the summer now, i sure hope so, my eyes were watering to the point where I didn't want to drive because the watering would blur my vision. I will take it easy today and let the stuff work before i go outside in the gardens again. It will be such a relief to be able to be free from scratching too. Have a great day everyone. Georgine
Off to the doctor this morning. Woke as usual with goopy eyes, itching everywhere and sore knees, maybe he has some spare parts for me? Bad humor. The watery eyes actually cause my vision to blur and am tired of people asking me what is wrong with my face as the right side of my face around my eye stays red and irritated. I was hoping the AC would filter out whatever is bothering me, it does help a little. Will post my results, Georginje

what ever i am getting into is causing my eczema to flair and i can't get rid of these itchy sore weepy eyes. Meds keep my nose open, some sneezing but mostly the itching drives me nuts!! Been out n the gardens finally doesn't seem to matter, i itch anyway.
This is the worst pollen season I can recall. I ended up getting ear infections in both ears. Antibiotics did not help, I ended up seeing an ENT for steroids. The ears finally healed, but the eyes and throat are itching. I think I will try that mask. I will also get me another set of those wrap around sunglasses.
It's easy to find a contractor type mask that you can wear while washing that furniture or even if someone is out cutting grass or something when you are out doing something. That can also be a hazard as lawn mowers can really blow the mold and pollen around.

I have issues with pollen as well and it isn't easy when it gets nice and you want to be outside. When you are cleaning your furniture off, do you ever wear a protective mask so you don't accidentally inhale any of the pollen? I don't know if that might help you or not.

Just got over one round of antibiotics...thought I had this thing whipped. I think I have it back again. I keep going outside, can't help myself...I love it outside in the summer. I just keep washing down the deck and the furniture....full layer of pollen on everything. Guess I shouldn't complain...God has given us a beautiful spring.
God grant me the patience, knowledge and understanding to do the things I need to do.
