So many 'healthy' recipes add avocado for whatever reason (sometimes because apparently it helps you feel full, sometimes for a chemical reason), but the hives are just not worth it (at least not most of the time).
I keep trying to find ways around the avocado use, but it usually ends up with me just doing what I was doing, which is gaining me weight. My other allergies are actually pretty good at keeping me on my clean track, but I find it incredibly frustrating that I keep hitting walls of avocado.
