I think I am likely allergic to avocado too. Along with bananas, wheat and dairy. Which makes it rather difficult. It seems most smoothie recipes have bananas, avocadoes, or soy protein (which I also think I may be allergic to). Makes it hard to have a quick healthy snack. I wish I could help you, but all I can do is let you know you aren't suffering alone.

So many 'healthy' recipes add avocado for whatever reason (sometimes because apparently it helps you feel full, sometimes for a chemical reason), but the hives are just not worth it (at least not most of the time).
I keep trying to find ways around the avocado use, but it usually ends up with me just doing what I was doing, which is gaining me weight. My other allergies are actually pretty good at keeping me on my clean track, but I find it incredibly frustrating that I keep hitting walls of avocado.
