I don't manage well. I love running, but I haven't been able to do it outside at all for a few months. My doctor told me to use a mask, but I was afraid I would scare people. :) I usually run on the treadmill but would love to get back outside.

As someone with severe allergies to most things minus molds, I am excited when I awake to a raining day because it means I can run without wearing a mask--and really breathe. I can't discern whether I look crazier running with the mask (it looks like I'm about to rob a liquor store) or running in a downpour. Regardless, I'm glad I no longer use my allergies as an excuse from being active and well.
How do you all manage your outdoor allergies while staying active outdoors?
