Robin, I will be praying for your back.

Well, my day did not get much better. I did not feel like exercising (TOM & bad start to the day), but I knew I needed to, so I went and got my dumbells. I had two 5#ers in my left hand and two 8#ers in my right hand. I felt myself loosing control of the ones in my right hand and just as I was about to finally get them put down, I dropped them... One on top of the other... with my right ring finger right in the middle of them!! Oowww!!! I think I'll be putting off formal exercise for a while. Maybe I can stay caught up with some walking instead. Well, I'll try and keep in touch, but typing is very difficult with this finger now.

One plus for today~ I got my laptop back!! Greg fixed it up right this time!!

Good afternoon Ladies! LOL Tina! I had that for breakfast this morning. I was drinking them or similar drink each morning. But, now I drink them for about a week, them change to something else for a week, and so on so my body doesn't get too used to one thing. Seems to be working! I'm down another pound today. Yeaaaaa!

I'd like to ask, if you have a moment to pray...I've not stopped feeling some level of discomfort in my back since March. If I lift something or move something heavy, it is worse the next day. Most days it is just uncomfortable. With Darrell being gone so much, this is aggravating because if I want something done, I've got to do it. I am a fiercely independent person, and dislike asking for help. But, as time goes on and my girls get older, they are able to help with more lifting and moving things for me. I s'pose if I want my back to not have bigger problems I need to ask them to help me a lot more though...

Today is another beautiful day here in the Fort Campbell area of Kentucky. emoticon Emma and Beka are doing history and science today. They'll be finished with those two and health for the year by the end of this week. Then, we'll concentrate on the "three R's" from mid-May until August. We school year-round so we can take breaks on super nice days and when my hubby is home, off of the road.

In about an hour we are going to go mail a box of goatmilk soap to a lady in Oklahoma and then head to our local "Trail of Tears" park to see if the wildflowers have bloomed. I hope they have! They had a really neat trumpet vine one last year that I want better pictures of with my macro lens. I praise the Lord for these lenses! I love seeing God's beautiful creations up close. emoticon

I am getting ready to put up a few pics from Clarksville, at flickr and my blog. I'm so slow-pokey today! lol I had so many to go through and narrow them down. I think I'd taken around 800 over both days.

Have a wonnnnderful rest of your afternoon, friends! I'll see you later this evening, after I've had a nice lonnnnng walk at the park. emoticon

I finally broke down today and went ahead and bought a Bolthouse Green Goddess. Not too bad, if I didn't have to look at it while I drink it. lol Now do I count that as 1/2 fruit and 1/2 veggie??? emoticon

Ha! That's funny! My drivers license doesn't have a weight on it... of course, it was issued almost 10 years ago!! I guess I could make that one of my new goals! To be at my goal weight by the time I have to get my new drivers license picture made this October!!

Ok, here is something that gets on my nerves: Some idiot drives past my house EVERY day with his bass pounding so hard, it hurts my ears and I'm in the BACK of the INSIDE of my house!! How can someone have noise like that going on inside their car?? Sorry to rant, but he just drove by, lol.

I had planned to go to town today with my mom, but she seems to have forgotten all about it. I'm a little disappointed... no, make that alot disappointed. Not that I can't go, but that she forgets me like that!!

Oh, my GOODNESS!! The idiot with the pounding noisy car, just drove by AGAIN!! My day isn't starting out very good. I think I'll go exercise and go back to bed!!
