I realize this is a sort of old thread.
When my dd (13) was younger I didn't exercise much.
In the last few years I have really worked on that aspect of my life more and now I exercise almost every day.
Our homeschooling takes 2 to 3 hours per day. We do not schedule a lot of extracurricular activities. We have lots of free time for exercise.
I have a treadmill at home and will walk on it while we watch a dvd or something on Netflix. We use videos in our homeschooling.
We have some active video games like Walk It Out or Just Dance that I will do with dd. She loves dancing together.
I do dvd workouts like Walk Away the Pounds or Sparkpeople videos.
