I'm not getting the exercise in, but the water and calories are okay during the week. I intentionally exercised once last week, then thank goodness for a day of shopping.!

You'll get there! It's all baby steps. And the exercise is the part that keeps things toned! So work it girl! Anyway you can. :)

What calorie range? LOL!! I haven't hit mine yet this week. I did manage my water today. I be able to manage my exercise the rest of this week. Its kinda a forced thing. Two houses to clean, going hiking with a friend, and shopping with a group = exercise by default.

I don't want to be a butterball either. Back to the calorie counting. Try, try, try again.

I tired of being sick and tired all the time!! Time to do something about it!!

I would love to, Tina. I think I'm going to have to start with keeping my calorie range and planning my meals and snacks better.
