It seems that I've read something about a cauliflower crust on a quiche--but maybe I'm making that up. I have used it like rice in fried "rice" and it was okay. I prefer my whole-grain blend, though, as it was chewier.
I wonder if you'd have to eat that pizza with a fork? Be sure to let us know how it turns out if you try it, Tina!

Have you heard of making a crust from cauliflower?? I read it a while back, but have never tried it. I should, since I havea problem with just one slice of pizza If I could just learn to have a big salad with it, that would help!
