Well, my core and my bottom got a great workout this weekend! Spent hours pulling boards/nails with a prybar and hammer both days, plus pulled lots of weeds from the lake. The new dock looks nice! *The guys did the rebuilding. ;)

Reading Elsa's blog has me thinking, and my goal is 10 minutes of exercise a day. Something I can fit in daily.

Working on exercises to get that core back in shape, plus I did a 'run' through the halls and entry for today. Feels great!

Weeding out weeds and strawberry plants to get those tomatoes in the ground. Got the green pepper plants in a container. It is so hot here! Very unusual to have it in the 90s! And it's humid this year, too, tho not as humid as I remember it being in IL, thank goodness!

I gave platelets yesterday. It wiped me out. BUT I'll do it again.

and Sunday we went to see my son at his home

So finally today I got a bit of workout, I mowed the yard and did gardening.

I had 2 slacker days.
Youngest had his birthday on the 3rd. and then the 4th we had his gf over.

Today though I did the nordic track for 40 min and then gardened for about the same, and did 100 situps and 30 pushups

I climbed to the top of Denali, or at least that is what it felt like. 25 times up and down Samuel's new place one flight of stairs, but his first apt was on the 3rd floor and I probably did it too 25 times and many times It was with something in my hands. I probably burned off the 3 doughnuts I had and more. It took us about 2 hours on both ends of moving. I'm exhausted.

Gunshow- 13 pu, 13 shldr press, 13 chair dips.
Gold medal Arse-1.15 wall sit w/med ball, 27 burpees, 50 squats with weights.

5 min warmup on nordic track.

Then the
Fab abs 100 situps, 35 pu, 2 min plank.
Gunshow-9 front raises, and hammer punch, and 6 plank R&R X2
Gold medal arse= 35 squats, 25 burpees, 1.10 wall sit w medicine ball

Plus I did some house cleaning and watering plants and then it was Kid's night out at church. I was on my feet and moving from 5-8:30

I did the biggest loser workout cardio video I have here. Ds came down (he is a good encourager to me) and was like man you are really SWEATING MOM. 40 min for that.

Then
Fab Abs-1.30 plank(couldn't hold it today), 100 situps.
Gunshow 12 chair dips, 12 shoulder press, 12 pushups x2
Gold medal arse- 30 squats, 20 burpees, 1.10 wall sit w medicine ball

got my 5 fruits and vegetables too. Probably more but at least 5.

Changed up today
Did Banish Fat boost Metabolism by Jillian michaels. Whew it kicked me for sure. Nice change up though. It was 50 min
