I just can't seem to get things going and I'm so frustrated with myself! I had started getting back on track in January and then I damaged the soft tissue in my foot and ankle, so I've been in a boot for over a month now and can't do much of anything that will really help with weight loss. I'm seeing the doc again on Wednesday and will get the MRI results and then, maybe I can get back to using my Biggest Loser for the Wii, which was really working me out! At this point, I'm just coming up with some rules to follow.
1. No real Dr. Pepper.
3. No eating after 7:00pm.
4. Log everything I put in.
5. Try to move however much I can.
I'm going to make a chart, with today being the start date, and list goals for each week that I would like to lose, maybe through July. Maybe if I can see that I'm reaching my short term goals, it will help me stay on track longer?
