Thanksgiving is coming! Do you have a plan? While this holiday is a great chance to spend time with loved ones, it's also a great chance to get off-track with a healthy diet. You'll face lots of temptations on Thanksgiving, but if you've got a plan, it will be much easier to stay focused and working toward your goals!
Your challenge for this week is to think of 3 things you will do to stay on track this Thanksgiving. This could mean creating a few healthy dishes to share, limiting portion sizes, saying "no" to that slice of pecan pie, etc. Everyone is different, so the temptations you face will be unique to you.
