Instead of grabbing fast food (with super high sodium), I grabbed a Healthy Choice meal. Chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies and caramel apple crisp. Not huge portions for 370 calories, but very satisfying. Plus cost a lot less than fast food! I may pick up some of these for the freezer for lunch. Anyone else using these??
