I love the quick tools on my start page. I don't always have time (with seven children, who has time)to log individual numbers, but this gives me a good idea of how I've done, especially with the fitness area.

My most inspirational sp tool is the fitness plan. I love to see exactly how many calories I'm burning when I'm exercising. It really makes me feel like I'm doing good!
