I know this thread was for last month, but I walked up to the mailbox (at Mom's) in the boot yesterday. It's not far...may .1 mile round trip. It felt good to walk and focus on holding my abs in, back straight, etc. It didn't elevate my heart rate but it felt good to breathe deeply! Yay!

I did 20 min of 'walking' in the house, marching in place and stepping side-to-side. I tried to keep my arms moving .. I have to log it in .. for 12/2.

I did a 15 exercise video but when I clicked the link it listed it as strength .. so the only thing that counted was 5 min for the exercise (I think) and the 15 yoga I entered. I'm up to 295 .. oh well .. there is next month .. I'm going to increase that for sure!

I think that once the minutes are added, even if you delete the entries, the minutes are left there. I don't know why, but it's the same way with sparkPoints.

My SparkAmerica fitness minutes show 983 after I went through and deleted all the duplicates--I have a lot, but that still seems a bit high. I wonder if I did it right~

Oh man, I just found out that my numbers were wrong. I was using the quick tracker and the fitness tracker at the same time.... I had to go through my "track record" and delete all the duplicates. I wondered why I was stacking up such high numbers--I should've lost 20 lbs this month!

I think I've got it fixed now.

775 min., but haven't done today's workout yet.

shamman: To find the bootcamp challenges we have been talking about, look at the top of this page and you will see a red bar that has several topics, "SparkTeams" is highlighted in pink right now. So click on SparkTeams and it will take you to a page with a lot of options of teams to try out. On the right, soome of the most popular are listed and one of them is called "The New You Bootcamp Challenge" (or something very similar. Click on that, and then scroll down to where it says Challenges and one of them will say something like, "Coach Nicole's bootcamp challenge: Day 15 (or whever day we are on) Click on that and it will take you to today's workout and optional challenge.

Hope this helps (and is not insultingly too detailed; I have a hard time finding things on here and sometimes I can't follow people's directions because they assume I know things I don't yet)

Lily, I know what you mean...all the talk about challenges and stuff. I read and look but can't quite figure out how it's all laid out here and how to participate...so, I'm just doing what I can and maybe I'll figure it all out later...or, maybe not!!

We're just responding with how many minutes we've exercised this month so far. I've exercised 326 minutes. It's on the right side of the page under "My SparkAmerica Fitness Minutes". When you log your exercise for the day, it adds the minutes to your total for the week/month/year.

I am sorry... I am so confused..What are these numbers... there is just so much to rerad and keep track of... Is theere some way when you post you can put the info. this way we dont have to read so much... Then I will have time to exercise.. LOL

I'm at 459. I realized this morning when the team digest came out that I was marking my time in two seperate areas and it was all going into the fitness minutes. Said I had over 900 minutes in a week---no wonder I'm so tired!! I think I have it figured out right now.
