lol seems i started something.

no one ever suspects the quiet little mice, but we know how to steal cheese when we want to.

and i'm totally up for this! esp since my friend is working night shifts and is usually unreliable company. Smallwood only has the 1.5 mile trail and it's not marked well, but i saw froggies and some cool birds.

Calvert cliffs has multiple, multi-length trails of varying difficulty. the shortest and most popular is a pretty flat.. maybe 3mile there-and-back to a small beach.

Other options are welcome. I haven't been to them yet.

That's a great idea Lynn. I know I had tried a few times and couldn't get anyone. I used to go walking with another SP member, but kind of lost interest. I just didn't feel like it. But-I would like to meet some of you! Summer is kind of bad though because of my asthma, but now is a good time of year...not too hot & not too cold. Most days anyway.

Everything is so muddy around with all the rain we've had. I'm glad we dodged the bullet on the snow though.

In the last few years they have put in some really nice trails down in St. Mary's Co. I'm waiting for the weather to warm a bit more so I can walk my dog on them.

I've never been to the two places you mentioned.

I'm so ready for SPRING!

I've been hiking out at Smallwood and Calvert Cliffs state parks. I find myself loving the latter. The trails are quite pretty and nicely marked. May go there this weekend if the weather holds up and yesterday's storm didn't destroy the trails.

And yeah, all the posts seem older. Need to get an exciting post topic going, but I don't know what that would be. I'm terrible at the small talk stuff.

I'm here. It is good to see someone actually post on this Team. I can't say I'm being really aggressive with diet/exercise, but trying to get into the mindset that I need to be in. Actually on Sunday I'm going to a group meeting in College Park to help me get started. I also got a new Wii game "Zumba Fitness Core" So I'm excited to try that. Some are pretty active. I haven't posted in a few days. There are a few that post every day. What types of things do you like to do? There are lots of walking trails. I used to do that, but not so much anymore. I know there are a few runners in this group!

Quiet little mouse living in Waldorf. I recently moved here from GA.
