Thanks Libbie for telling me what a podcast is, but I am deaf with a cochlear implant. Which means I don't understand much of TV, Radio, or Speech over the computer. I'm sorry to say, I will have to miss out on the podcasts. There is still lots of information I can get from reading.
Hi I am new to your team and would love to adopt the McDougall program. I have been on it for two days thus far. When I was eating animal products I just yo-yoed back and forth gaining and losing the same ten pounds. I am ready for a change. I think the McDougall program will help me finally get the weight off. I love that when I went to his website, he vertually gave his whole program for free. I am really excited with my new direction and hope to beable to stay with it.
Any help you can give me in incorporating his progam more fully would greatly be appreciated.

When I was new here I looked for others interested in McDougalling and didn't find anyone. There are a couple of other whole foods teams; one is inactive and the other was formed after this one. The veg forums really didn't meet the need, as many members used dairy products and meat analogs, as well as other highly refined foods.
Maybe we'll get some new people checking us out in the next few days.
