I've noticed that some other teams use challenges as a way to maintain interest and participation among the members. I know that I would benefit from some additional focus and accountability.
So. I'm going to start posting challenges, generally with a daily action to practice. I originally thought I'd do this weekly, but I think I'll start with bi-weekly. (Some of us take longer to form a new habit than others.)
I'm going to keep the challenge threads in the General Discussion forum, because I want to keep the Food! and Facts! forums the way they are. I'll make the current challenge the third sticky topic.
Please feel free to use the thread in whatever way supports your effort: post in advance what your change is, post after the fact, post what obstacles you run into, post daily results -- whatever works for you!
