Mix it with green cabbage, onion, sea salt and pure water and put it in a crock and ferment it to make your own sauerkraut. It is a great probiotic. I make it all of the time in mason jars.
FYI if you are going to do this use Organic cabbage or it will turn to mush. The pesticides on conventionally grown cabbage kill the bacteria needed to grow the ferment to make sauerkraut. Interesting huh?
