I eat whole foods because once you process anything you make it unhealthy. (or less healthy)
Of course I eat some processed foods occasionally: 100% whole wheat bread, tofu, almond milk, Trader Joe's Bran Flakes, Noodles, etc. But I don't live my life out of a box. I live out of the produce section and down the bean aisle and in the frozen foods veggie aisle and that is about it.
