What does your personal menu look like today?
I've still got a big pot of veggie soup in the fridge, and some beans, so that will be my lunch. Dinner in probably a meal salad, and will have some kind of grain next to it, maybe polenta. I have a well-stocked pantry, so I'm not concerned about my dinner options right now.
However, I thought that discussing our daily menu(s) might be a good starting point for deeper conversations about why we make those choices, or shallower conversations about recipes.
