I am not sure about the hypothyroid but if you would like to come join us you could work at what is best for your body.
I just got a new book and it explains more of the different illnesses and see how to eat to work with the different illnesses. It is a big book 500 pages , and I am just at the beginning. I am trying to find what works best for me and getting my body to work
the new site is Macrobiotics, eating whole foods for health.

I have hypothyroid, and many of the foods that are to be eaten as vegetables I have to avoid, and the avoid list is on my allowed list. Sorry.

Hi I am Kathy, I have eaten diet therapy for around 14 years to help keep my body up and working. I have something that acts like MS. and the diet therapy has been my only answer.

I am thinking about starting a macrobiotic site. Just wondering if any one would like to join me.
