Sparkpeople.com has a calorie burned calculator, which is pretty neat. It has dozens of different activities, and when you select the one that you are doing, you enter your weight and how long you perform the activity. There are many everyday activities, as well as exercises, such as walking, dancing, soccor, bowling, or whitewater rafting for example. It really is very helpful.
Your body uses between 1200 -1800 calories per day to do "stuff" - like clean your blood, breathe, digest food, sleep, etc. If you want to know how many calories you burn while running or playing pool, I think there are websites that calculate that kind of stuff for you.

I don't have fancy workout machines, I don't go to a gym, and I don't own any fancy counters. So how am I to know how many calories I am burning a day? Is there a way to know, or to calculate according to your daily activities? Anyone know? Thanks.
