There's just about 30 hours left in 2007, where I live. For the next few weeks, but especially for the rest of this week, SparkPeople will be inundated by people making fitness resolutions and trying to get rid of the evidence of holiday indulgence.
There will be a lot of new members posting in the Introduce Yourself forum. It would be a big help to them, to the coaches and to the members of the Community Team if some of you could join us in welcoming them, answering their questions and directing them toward areas of the site that seem to fit their interests.
On the horizontal menu at the top of this page click Community, Message Boards, Introduce Yourself.
I especially like to look for posts that have only 1 or 2 replies.
While even a brief, generic message helps the newcomer feel appreciated, it is more helpful if your message has something to do with their post.
