I was out of this group for awhile because I got back up to 163(! eek) but I put my nose to the grindstone and then didn't weigh myself for 3 weeks and now I'm back!! 156!!!
Eat food, not too much. mostly plants.
The body was not meant to sit. We are made to move!

My for today is that I am to 156.0.
A week ago, I put my scale in my trunk, so I could weigh myself. I was having water retention issues and I just didn't want to see it on the anymore. Well, the last couple days I have wanted to weigh myself but it's been outside and I only weigh myself in the morning, after my shower. Last time I weighed myself I was around 160.0.
In the last couple days, I have been worried that I gained weight. Nope. Lost!
Hopefully it sticks and I don't sabotage myself!

This week I did all my exercise:
rebound 10 min and walk eery day
free weights for 20 minutes 3 times a week.
And I bounced out of town for one day, but got myself right back to the 8th floor (skipped dinner that day to get back in town fast.) Mary

KAT, the Spring Challenge consists of doing 1 10 minute (or less) video a day plus your own cardio for 30 mins (if you can do that much, if not do less.) You can sign up for the team email and there's a link there with the videos. It's really good. I'm doing it & today's day 4. You can catch up if you miss a day.

I'm just here to "Woohoo" that I am in 150-ville! My weigh-in put me at 159 this morning and I am almost in shock. I have NO recollection of EVER being in the 150s. I'm thinking I might've been at this weight in middle school but who knows? I'm just happy to be here and will be happy to leave! I REALLY hope to get through the 150s faster than I did the 160s!
