Sounds cool! Ours on Friday was Dynamic Ease, which is a pretty common one, but somehow I got it.... how movement can be EASY and really strengthening and aerobic. There is no class better than a good NIA class!
That sounds really fun, Pam! Today we were focusing on the triad, creativity, emotion, and strength building. I had a really fun time dancing with the floor...we did an exercise where we danced with both hands and feet in contact with the floor. FUN FUN FUN....serious therapy. I feel really stable today. :-) aquagirl
