Please do tell me where summer has gone. The nice thing is that we are having much cooler temps so I have renewed energies. I biked 9.1 miles this morning and walked 2 miles including a walk down to our lake.
It is a great day. I wish I could help with any idea but the only think I know is portion control.

Can you believe that it's September 1st already?!?!? Where in the world did the summer go? Well, this weekend we will most likely be going to BBQs and eating food that may wreak our healthy eating plan. What are your plans for staying on track over the Labor day weekend? Any advice you can offer the team would be appreciated!
