I am wearing patch, eating carrots, celery, chewing gym and knitting. Use e cig when I feel I can't do without, which is only once or twice daily. Fatigue is problem. Taking vitamins seems to help. The hardest part is passing stores where I bought cigs. I take different route to avoid them and constantly remind myself I don't smoke anymore. I never smok at work, while volunteering or with non smokers. Even went a week or more without a cigs when vacationing with non smokers. Attend Nic Ann meeting for support. I have list of why I want to quit on refrig but when I overeat, it is tempting to want a cig.

I jsut wrote out my why and put it on the fridge, then I wrote out a list of things I can do when a craving hits. My hubby said we will make the house smoke free. They will smoke in the porch r outside. I must admit that would help alot. Next Monday is pay day so will by the Zyban that day, until then its cold turkey. I need to Pray and ask for the will power.
