How is everyone doing?
Are you getting your 2000 calories a week in?
Just remember - To get it done JUST Live, eat, exercise, moment by moment.
If you think too hard or get down on yourself by looking to long down the road, it can be intimidating. Just think of what is immediatly before you. If its the exercise. Just start, don't think of the time. just what you are doing. I minute, the next station, finish one then do another. be dicilined just for the moment. If you can do 1 minute start another, so on and so on.
Thats the mantra I have been doing the last couple of weeks. Just Do it, Keep on it until the buzzer goes. Then Enjoy the fruits of you labour and discipline. I have lost 29 lbs,(since Jan1) moment by moment. YOU HAVE IT IN YOU! Now to go eat my Jello! I just finished watching TV and being on the treadmill- I deserve me sugar free Jello!
