How is everyone doing? Are you getting your 2000 calories a week in? Just remember - To get it done JUST Live, eat, exercise, moment by moment. If you think too hard or get down on yourself by looking to long down the road, it can be intimidating. Just think of what is immediatly before you. If its the exercise. Just start, don't think of the time. just what you are doing. I minute, the next station, finish one then do another. be dicilined just for the moment. If you can do 1 minute start another, so on and so on. Thats the mantra I have been doing the last couple of weeks. Just Do it, Keep on it until the buzzer goes. Then Enjoy the fruits of you labour and discipline. I have lost 29 lbs,(since Jan1) moment by moment. YOU HAVE IT IN YOU! Now to go eat my Jello! I just finished watching TV and being on the treadmill- I deserve me sugar free Jello!
Way to Go Sally! Keep Goin", Take One Day at a time! I Wa a bit motivated this week and did 4100, 1600 was tonight as i just got on my treadmill and didn't stop until the show i was watching was over! The Bggest loser on the Internet. The tread mill is getting comfortable and so i just went at it. All of my calories I do while trying to something I get some enjoyment out o. If I don't then it becomes a chore - and who wants to do that . So my challenge is for you and every one to find something you can enjoy , then GIT IT DONE! Have a great week !

Did my First workout class in 2 years- UUUGGH! I am so out of shape! I feel muscles that have been rudly awakened ! OOOOh my sore @$$. I got a wee glimpse of what those poor souls on the Biggest loser go through every day! But I need this to keep motivated and on track. I challenge you to take a local class that will kick your butt. You need to have an instructor that will allow you to modify the exercise they are doing so you don't hurt yourself, But still pushes you! If I went on The Biggest Loser I would Prefer Julain, Cause I Need the Kick! So did you get you 2000 cal of exercise this Week? GIT IT Done!
Hi Everyone! I had my first workout with my trainer in well over 18 months, ooooh I have quads! I feelz em! Doing a body fat test was really an eyeopener too. I am the skinniest she has ever seen me, yet my overall body fat was 5 percent higher then when I was 10 lbs heavier. You read and have all this head knowledge about being "fit" but having it glare out at YOU when the results are in are revealing. You can look skinnier but be alot less fit than you tink or "feel".
So if you have never had a session with a personal trainer, I would recommend one. I you haven't or can't for whatever reason. Please add some sort of weight training to you weight loss regime. Smart people has alot of help ins this area! Your body will thank you. Now I got to go soak in the bathtub for a bit. Talk to you soon , Larry

my right knee has pain when bending while riding, so i adjusted the boom (longer) and now the pain is a lot less. i'm off for a quick ride with trooper (the dog) before rain comes back. then it's time to settle in and watch the seahawks.
