I've got a "hooray for me" moment to share: I went to the doctor's this morning for a follow-up on the blood pressure medication she put me on in December, and the nurse weighed me, took me in the exam room, then after I was seated on the table, he went to write in the chart, then asked if he could weigh me again. I didn't say anything until we were back in the room, then I said, "were you questioning that I lost weight?" He said, "I just wanted to make sure, because it was so much less." That made my WEEK!!!
