oh i see................

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

no it is from the show, The Biggest Loser on NBC. When I first started out I was on that site, but switched to SP due to fact that BL was a paying site and SP was free. Now, BL has a free and a paying set up. I was just over on the free part earlier this evening and I don't know what's what anymore over there. A lot has changed.

Is anyone here also on the Biggest Loser's free community? I just joined up over there and if you are on as well, can I add ya to my friends list there? I am Sparcky_13 over there.

Thanks!
