that is great news I dont like the mask, I dont think I ever got it set right because when I stop breathing it seems to give me to much air and when I readjust I gives me to little or it wakes me up.

let's hope that with weight loss one of the benefits for you will be less issues with sleep apnea......many have had much success with this as the weight came off...all the best with your journey..........

The over the counter kind. I have sleep apnea to, so I wake up alot at night. Usually I can fall right back to sleep, but some times the insomnia steps in and says not tonight mister your up for good. kinda like now its 12:30 am and here I am on the computer, I will try again to lye down because my alarms (little Yorkies) will be getting me up at 4:00 to go pee, then I'll go to the gym at 5:00 then to school, oops I forgot I'm on vacation. have a great day

I go to school full time for retraining by L&I and Im 49 not 18 any more, so yea theres a little. To be honest married life has taken a turn after 18 years, and financialy its tough , but I feel pretty good I just dont sleepworth a damn. I havent slept well since the service, I got out in 86. Mellitolin makes me dream wierd dreams, I had to stop that.

My high school reunion is coming up. I don't want people to notice I've gained weight. I don't care if I have so much, I just don't want them to notice. Of course, in order to guarantee their not noticing, I need to lose, at least a bit!

I'm also really vain. emoticon

I agree with you Lita. It doesn't matter to me what size I wear, I'd just like to know what size that is and not have to try on different sizes in different stores.

I would like to see consistency in sizing. Yes, it may be a blow to our egos, but I'd rather have a true judgement on what size I am...............i hate buying clothes as it is so hard to know what size i am form store to store........

I don't think they're fooling us. I think they're answering to the market. They know that I am going to prefer to buy a, say, 8 over a 10. One company does it, then others have to as well in order to compete, because I can buy any ol' brand of jeans or slacks or whatever.

On yesterday's Dr. Oz Show there was an interesting segment on "vanity sizing" and how sizes have changed over the years to make consumers feel better about themselves...
a size 12 today is different from a size 12 from 20 years ago.almost 6" larger/different from the original size 12 then...

how do you feel about this?????

is it right to the clothing industry to fool us like this????
do you give it a thumbs up or down???
share what you think.....
