Great! Missed you too!! I had a very big problem with my daughter's school as I wanted to transfer her to American international school grade 10 and of course you are aware of routine however she will start tomorrow in her new school ,hope that everything will be alright just 2 more papers to be signed so please I need your prayers :))

I am on this week's schedule (sept 9- sept 15) today sept 11 high intensity cardio interval 30 min but I can't do it today too tired so you can star with it or fat burning Pilates which is my tomorrow's workout insha'allah.

Yesterday,I did almost 90 min but today I have a terrible stomach ache so I guess that If I feel better I might do 20-30 min walking or I will rest today.
Check out Jessica smith on youtube she makes an exercise schedule for every week and she has awesome workout videos I will try to send you the link

Yesterday did my first 60 min. Per day. Ended up with a knee and back pain and can't sleep well. Today I'm fine. Will try to keep it up emoticon

Well it depends on my mood ,health and wether I am busy or not I exercise min 3060 min a day cardio and strength training .
Today I did 120 min cardio and ST , this week 250 min but this is because I need to lose 20 kg and I don't follow any strict diet just portion control .

yes it is not easy but I think we have to do it and we can do it. Let's set a goal for both of us to do it. Like workout 30 min. per day. Or make a challenge about who will make the longest time of workout during the week. The second is more challenging and much more fun. Let me know your opinion.
