My 2013 goals include:
Continue to develop a 'healthy life style' so it is 'second nature':
- Incorporate some new 'exercise' options to my weekly routine...swimming, biking, walking...?
- Keep within calorie range - monitor and adjust where necessary, to maintain a weekly 1# weight loss
- Write down 3 manageable 'to do' goals at the beginning of each day...review and check off at the end of the day.
- Continue to read "Blogs", Health information, etc. found on this site.
- Track food and exercise - collect spark points.
to reach goal weight by the end of the year.
