My 2013 goals include: Continue to develop a 'healthy life style' so it is 'second nature': - Incorporate some new 'exercise' options to my weekly routine...swimming, biking, walking...? - Keep within calorie range - monitor and adjust where necessary, to maintain a weekly 1# weight loss - Write down 3 manageable 'to do' goals at the beginning of each day...review and check off at the end of the day. - Continue to read "Blogs", Health information, etc. found on this site. - Track food and exercise - collect spark points.

My 2013 goal is to recommit to weight loss. I have been maintaining for a year, which was acceptable, but now I feel the need to continue the journey.

OK...We are part way into the New Years, and I'm sure that many of you have made resolutions. Let's share our resolutions here and see what interesting things we come up with. There may be some good ones out there that may be worth sharing with others. How many can we come up with? You may also want to share and post what you have done each day or week to get closer to accomplishing your resolution/goal. Have fun....and most of all...Know that....
PS...Besides working towards a healthy weight with my husband, my big goal is to get each room in our home organized. I've started in my little home office by working on my piles of papers and getting a filing system set up so I don't have to dig for paper work. It's going to take awhile, but I'm going to tackle this issue first and have a place for everything...bills, statements, etc. Just having gotten started on this has already made me feel better and I plan on doing some more filing today.
